Take this product with or without food as directed by a doctor. The dosage is based on factors such as weight, age, and kidney function. If you have any questions regarding this product or dose, please contact a doctor. I use the following dosage in my diet:
• Eat less than 3/10 of a diet to get the best results: 30-60% of foods are not made for the stomach.• Take the right amount.
